Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:- Receive customer orders by telephone, fax, and other electronic means and enter data
- Discuss delivery times, issues and handle customer concerns
- Create sales order numbers for orders and communicate with customers
- Communicate and distribute orders to production and shipping
- Create shipping papers for shipments
- Contact and dispatch drivers for shipments; posting time in and out for each shipment
- Keeping log of drop trailers and shipments
- Keep records of customer interaction and transactions, recording details of inquires, complaints and comments as well as actions taken.
- May work on special projects/assignments upon request.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each principal job duty satisfactorily.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent data entry skills a must
- SAP experience desired
- Proficient in English with excellent verbal communication and written skills
