ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:
Daily job responsibilities/functions to include, but not limited to:

- Conduct customer business reviews and follow-up on customers’ inquiries and questions.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Perform on-site customer quality inspections.
- Review on-site customer supply closet inventory levels.
- Identify site deficiencies and coach staff to improve.
- Identify opportunities for customer growth and retention.
- Collaborate with in house staff to effectively meet customers objectives.
- Document and report customer feedback to relevant team members.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES OF CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:

- Strong organizational talents and ability to work under pressure and in new environments.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral
- Good customer service skills
- Good time management skills
- Ability to exercise good judgment and decision making.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:

- Valid Driver’s License
- Acceptable Criminal Background Check
- 3-5 years of Business experience
- General cleaning knowledge - preferred

PHYSICAL DEMANDS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:
The work requires routine walking, standing, bending, and carrying items weighing up to thirty pounds.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
