Client Service Associate Employer: Signature Estate & Investment Advisors, LLC Department: W2 Advisory Team Reports To: Lead Advisor Effective Date: 10/14/2025 Job Description This position supports the lead advisor with account management and client service needs. As a member of an advisory team, each member works together servicing clients. This will involve assistance in every aspect from introduction with a prospect to onboarding a client to servicing the continuous needs of those clients. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional client service through both in-person and phone interactions. Coordinate and prepare materials for client review meetings; assist with onboarding and new account setup. Provide comprehensive sales and administrative support to Financial Advisors and their clients. Handle incoming calls and messages with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion. Monitor and follow up on time?sensitive tasks and deliverables to ensure timely completion. Maintain accurate and up?to?date client account records; support Financial Advisors with specialized projects. Maintain well?organized digital and physical filing systems. Draft and format professional correspondence, presentations, and reports. Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings with a high level of organization and attention to detail. Process invoices, check requests, and expense reports promptly and accurately. Support additional administrative tasks and projects as needed. Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (BA) from a four?year college or university. A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience is highly preferred. Experience with AssetMark, eWealthmanager, and Advisor Managed Portfolios (AMP) is highly preferred. Preferred FINRA licenses: Series 7 and 66. Computer skills required: Spreadsheet Software (Excel); Order Processing Systems; Word Processing Software (Word); Electronic Mail Software (Outlook); Presentation software (PowerPoint); and CRM software.
