About You

You are a results-driven marketer with a passion for project management. As the Marketing Manager here at Lugano, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our consumer brand marketing strategy through effective campaigns and strategic projects. You will be responsible for managing initiatives from concept to completion, pulling in the appropriate tools and stakeholders along the way to streamline processes and meet deadlines.

Reporting to the VP, Marketing, you will collaborate with our in-house creative team and agency partners to oversee all marketing projects across public relations, print, digital, and social media. If this sounds like you, come be remarkable with us

What You Will Do
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness and increase consumer visibility
  • Develop, execute and track detailed marketing project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource allocation
  • Manage marketing projects from concept to completion, keeping track of timelines, engaging key stakeholders, and monitoring progress throughout
  • Create compelling brand messaging and content that resonates with multiple target audiences
  • Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute innovative campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media
  • Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, catalogs, and promotional materials
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives, including advertising campaigns, events, and partnerships
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and KPIs, and provide actionable insights for optimization
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitive landscape
What You Bring
  • Strong, broad knowledge of all facets of brand marketing (public relations, social media, digital, and all marketing communications)
  • Experience in luxury marketing, jewelry highly preferred
  • Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and analytics tools
  • Demonstrated success and exceptional ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously in end-to-end project management (Wrike experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Creative thinking, a strategic mindset, and a passion for delivering remarkable brand experiences

Pay Transparency

Targeted base compensation is $125,000 plus annual bonus. The total compensation package is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Our Work Environment

Our workplace is clean, orderly, appropriately lighted and ventilated with the proper safety compliance. Noise levels are considered low and daily physical activities are considered light: office work, seldom lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, stooping, kneeling, or walking. Employees must have the stamina to work long hours if assigned. Hours and days of work may vary by position.
