R&R Heating and A/C seeks a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our HVAC company and lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be organized and have a proven track record of results. This position will work with all departments to ensure open and consistent communication. R&R Heating and A/C is one of the largest HVAC services and installation companies in the area. We are still locally owned and locally invested.

Some of the items the marketing Manager will be responsible for:

Post, Monitor, and respond to all social media platforms Work with HR Manager to create recruiting content and videos for our website. Being at least 3 months ahead of campaigns, and being able to present in meetings Experience with Adobe, Canva, and InDesign, among other various programs Attending job sites and doing ride-a-longs for picture and video content Maintain and track company marketing standards across 5 company market segments. Obtain and manage company photos, videos, and marketing information, and create continuous marketing content samples. Update the company website to align with seasonal and industry changes with a proactive approach.

Requirements

A degree in marketing or 3 years of relevant work experience is preferred. Strong strategic thinking and planning skills. In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, including digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation. Proficient in using digital marketing platforms, SEO, and social media management tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies. Strong leadership qualities and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Successful coordination and participation of industry events, trade shows, and conferences. Ability to adapt to evolving industry trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly. Strong business acumen and professionalism in representing the company in various forums.
