Act as compliance subject matter expert and second line of defense to provide support and oversight to ensure the effective operation of the Compliance Management System enterprise-wide. Stay abreast of the regulatory environment by conducting compliance research and analysis of new/pending laws and regulations, maintaining a working knowledge of applicable state and federal laws and regulations. Sub-Function

Compliance Business Partners: Enhances business compliance through expert consultation, review, and support for compliance requirements assessments, regulatory changes, product and service changes, process changes, findings remediation, and business compliance questions. Act as compliance subject matter expert to support the business in meeting compliance program and regulatory requirements, facilitating engagement with other compliance resources as necessary. Conduct compliance monitoring reviews, assist with analysis of self-identified issues, recommend corrective action and control enhancements, and communicate results of review activity to compliance and business unit leadership. Assist with implementation of changes into business operations. Review marketing collateral and member facing materials for regulatory compliance. Complete compliance due diligence on new and existing vendors. Develop and deliver reporting on state of compliance within lines of business. Experience and Education Requirement:

Minimum two years’ experience in compliance and/or audit in the financial services sector Experience in project management is preferred Ability to organize, analyze and interpret data to make recommendations Ability to work autonomously to manage time effectively and prioritize work appropriately to meet deadlines Strong business communication skills; able to write/speak clearly and professionally for a variety of audiences Strategic thinker with outstanding research, analytical, and problem solving skills Ability to deliver effective stakeholder presentations to diverse audiences Ability to foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Knowledge of Fair Lending Wiz is preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience Certification/License:

Either obtain (within 2 years of hire) or maintain Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) certification. International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) certifications preferred Location:
