Build and maintain professional rapport with clients, vendor and teammates by providing superior internal and external service support. Work as a supportive member of the sales and service teams.

**Hybrid opportunity in our Lake Oswego, OR location**

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
In addition to these customer-facing duties, this position will also provide administrative support to member services and billing administration. On the member services side, this includes responding and executing requests related to our risk management programs and services, such as processing grants and providing administrative support to members' MVR portals. On the billing side, this includes processing invoice payables, disbursement requests, and performing mail runs. This position will also help our staff internally by managing team meetings, performing various data entry projects, and securing and distributing contracts.

Programs / Member Services Administration (CSD Pool and Colorado Firefighter Trust)
•Admin Box Administration and Distribution of Emails
•Answer and Respond to Toll-Free Calls and Voicemails
•SambaSafety Project Management
•Various programs/services support requests (password resets, general questions, etc.)
•Process safety grants and scholarship requests
•Process Trust grant requests Client Administration - General
•Answer CSD Pool incoming calls and respond to voicemails
•Print and mail auto ID cards

•Print and mail WC posting notices
•Efile renewal requests and reminders
•Secure signatures, distribute and efile signed contracts
•Assist with meeting agenda and minutes (both internal and external meetings)
•Updating undeliverables and bounce-back emails to maintain accurate contact roles in Origami and MailChimp
•Pay postage due and retrieve returned newsletters; update newsletters mailing list
•Assist with editing coverage document, claim forms, and IGA
•Perform data entry and set up new prospects
•Send WC renewal certificates
•Assist with WC yearend filing
•Arrange printing of envelopes, business cards, etc.
•Assist with filing Trust claims Billing Administration Support
