What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in information systems or accounting or equivalent. 3 - 5 years of relevant experience. Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Strong proficiency in Yardi, Avid and ClickPay accounting systems. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to deal with multiple deadlines and high volume. What Success Looks Like Act as lead system administrator for accounting software including but not limited to YARDI, AVID, and CLICKPAY. Supervise system analytics and other support staff working on accounting systems. Assist with planning and support of software application upgrades and new system initiatives. Develop training documentation and train accounting and property management staff in the applications. Provide system support and troubleshoot system issues. Coordinate system support with application vendors and consultants, as needed. Maintain internal controls by upholding system security and ensuring proper documentation/approvals are obtained for system access. Successfully operate the accounting systems helpdesk.
