The ideal candidate will have experience with account management, a demonstrated history of strong project execution, direct experience working in sports and entertainment, embody the spirit of teamwork, and be motivated to learn and grow their career in the sports industry. This position will not only manage their own accounts, but support the Manager, Partnership Marketing and other team members across the entire PBR sponsorship portfolio.This position will be expected to build strong relationships - internally and externally - and move quickly from basic contractual fulfillment to strategic account management, marrying PBR's goals and objectives with those of our partners to deliver creative marketing programs that deliver results.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Deliver best-in-class management for assigned PBR partnersFull account management responsibilities for assigned PBR partners, including: contract management and fulfillment, integrated promotions and activations, experiential marketing, branding, digital, television, retail, appearances, ticketing, hospitality, merchandise, etc.Build strong relationships with assigned PBR partners, their agencies, and internal PBR departmentsWork cross-functionally within PBR, and across other Endeavor businesses, to deliver value to partnersCollaborate with and support PBR Partnership Marketing colleagues and their partnersSupport PBR Sales Team by collaborating on new business proposals, presentations, and renewalsProactively develop incremental investment opportunities for partnersDevelop tracking and reporting procedures to help PBR and partners maximize impact of activationsHospitality and event managementDevelop an in-depth understanding of PBR and partner businesses, becoming an expert in bothDraft case studies of impactful partner activationsCreate and provide partner recap reportsKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Highly organized with strong attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong work ethic and team-oriented attitudeMust function at a high level in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentAbility to simultaneously manage multiple prioritiesSelf-sufficient, proactive, and solutions orientedInspired to learn and grow in all aspects of account management and partner/client serviceProficiency using Microsoft Office software - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookEducation & Formal Training:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or related field - preferredExperience:2+ years of experience in partnership marketing, sponsorship, or marketing in sports and entertainment industryWorking Conditions:Normal office hours Monday-Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as neededAbility to travel as requiredPosition is located in Fort Worth, Texas in Ft Worth TXEndeavor unites and brings people together in our love of sport, culture, and entertainment.
