Vaco Financial has an opportunity for an AP Specialist near Pottstown, PA. The client is seeking an AP Specialist to process High Volume Invoicing, Purchase Orders, and Vendor Statements during month end close. The ideal candidate will be technically savvy and have knowledge of General Ledger. Please apply within.

Accounts Payable Specialist
Salary: approx. $50-60k
Near Pottstown, PA
Hybrid - 1 day from home

Responsibilities:

• Process Vendor Invoices and Resolve Discrepancies
• Reconcile Vendor Statements
• Process Purchase Orders
• Process Credit Card Accounts
• Assists with Special Projects

Skills Needed:

• At least 1-3 yrs of AP experience
• Bachelor's Degree, preferred
• Experience working with Multiple Entities
• ERP software experience
