Accounts Payable

STV is seeking an Accounts Payable / Accounting Support professional for work in our Douglassville, PA office. This position is designated as hybrid (3 days week/in office).

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and process invoices and payment requests
- Review and approve employee expense reports in Concur
- Assign correct GL coding to invoices/check requests, and expense reports to ensure proper entry into the accounting system
- Validate and update vendor information
- Investigate and resolve internal and external inquiries concerning invoice and payment processing
- Maintain and organize AP documentation, records, and files
- Assist with monitoring and reporting for the Procurement card program
- Assist in compiling information for internal and external audits
- Assist with monthly AP closing activities
- Perform other duties as required to support the Accounting Department

Required Knowledge and Skills
- Working knowledge of accounts payable/general ledger systems and procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines
- Ability to work independently with mínimal direction
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Education and Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable
- Proficient in MS Office
- Concur experience preferred

Compensation Range:
$47,102.00 - $62,803.00
