The posting may close early due to the volume of applicants. Role purpose The Branch Office Administrator (BOA) role supports the financial advisor(s) and client support team. The BOA provides administrative support, assists clients, and helps ensure a positive client experience. This is a growth opportunity in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed. Assist in the annual business planning process to develop strategies for the upcoming year. Actively listen for situations in clients lives that may indicate a need for additional services. Support client accounts, facilitate communication, and ensure a positive client experience. Provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors. Support marketing initiatives and help streamline branch processes. What well provide Comprehensive 6-month training including an experienced peer mentor. A wide support network extending from the branch office to the region and home office. Occasional independent work with a team backing you at every step. Role expectations Deliver customer service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions; develop and maintain client relationships. Learn and understand the financial services industry; assist with account opening, transfers, and other requests under the direction of the financial advisor; maintain accurate client records. Handle scheduling, meeting materials, correspondence, and support branch business planning; update SOPs as needed. Demonstrate proficiency with technology and tools such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm-provided software.
