Skamania proudly features 23 state-of-the-art meeting rooms with over 22,000 square feet of indoor meeting space, including exhibit and banquet facilities. Our flexible meeting space ranges in size from 250 square feet for intimate gatherings to 7,000 square feet, accommodating food and beverage functions for up to 500 people. With an additional 175 acres of outdoor adventures waiting, there is no better place to lead the sales efforts.
Position
Summary
To assist the wait staff in the service of food and beverage to guests and clearing of tables.
Essential FunctionsPerforms any necessary pre-shift side work.
Becomes thoroughly familiar with all specials offered.
Unloads trays in the dish machine area.
Resets all tables and notifies host person of all reset tables.
Practice clean as you go techniques, keeping tables and service station clean, neat, and stocked.
Provides guests with water as they are seated.
Assist servers with running food, drinks, and bussing tables.
Rolls silverware and completes all assigned side work thoroughly.
Ensures dish pit area remains organized while delivering dishes to the dish station.
Busses tables and provides prompt, polite and courteous customer service to guests.

Regular attendance in conformance with the standards established by Skamania Lodge is essential to the successful performance of this position.
Compensation Range:The compensation for this position is $16.28/Hr. - $16.28/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
