Position Overview:
As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will be at the forefront of driving the success of our healthcare facility. Your role will encompass strategic planning, team leadership, and regulatory compliance. Your expertise will guide the day-to-day operations to ensure optimal resident care, regulatory adherence, and financial health. Responsibilities:
- Lead, guide, and oversee all aspects of the facility's operations in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads to establish key performance indicators and drive quality improvement initiatives.

- Valid, unrestricted Nursing Home Administrator's license in the state.
- Bachelor's degree in Health Administration preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility.
- Proficiency in skilled nursing home regulations, OBRA regulations, and relevant healthcare guidelines.
