Customer Service Representative

* Tkae inbound calls from providers checking eligibility and/or claim status for members
* Place outbound follow-up calls as needed
* Respond to customers via phone and email
* Research customer inquiries and follow-up quickly
* Troubleshoot basic website errors or questions
* Assist customers with payments or payment related questions
*Skills:*
* Customer service, Call center, insurance, benefits, Inbound call, Customer support, Data entry, Microsoft office, Customer care, Outbound calls
*Additional Skills & Qualifications:*
* 1+ year of customer service experience required
* High School Diploma or GED required
* Call center experience required
* Insurance experience preferred
