This role will work closely with the CEO, CFO and other members of the executive leadership team and will serve as the primary corporate spokesperson and relationship manager for the investment community, as well as financial media stakeholders. This role will act as a thought partner to the leadership team to effectively position the company with investors and priority stakeholders to enhance the company’s reputation and mitigate various risks. In addition, this role will provide insight, feedback, and coaching to the leadership team with regards to investor perceptions and expectations. This role will report directly to the CFO. + Leads the global investor relations program, including strategy (linked to the company’s strategy), operating plan, budget, and the detailed execution of the IR operating plan. + Provides insight, feedback, and coaching to the leadership team with regards to investor perceptions and expectations. + Works collaboratively with the Board of Directors and corporate leadership to drive ESG strategy and reporting for the Company. + Collaborates on company decisions that will create or destroy value for shareholders and/or affect the company’s reputation. + Leads the collection, analysis, and presentation of feedback to the company of investors’ perceptions and opinions, brokerage security analysts’ positions and summaries, relative stock price movements, and periodic ownership analysis.
