The Sr. People Operations Specialist is someone that is passionate about the candidate experience and has contagious excitement when engaging candidates. They are curious, with a desire to learn and grow and are excited about supporting our business leaders through hiring and onboarding.In addition, to driving recruitment traffic/activity and providing talent solutions, they are also responsible for assisting with, employee questions, benefits, performance and employee relations.Responsibilities/AccountabilitiesRecruitment & Candidate Experience 70%Utilize various sourcing strategies to attract top talent across multiple channels, creatively source active and passive candidates by optimizing recruitment tools, employee referrals, and other networking toolsManage the end-to-end recruitment process for all positions within the organization, from job posting to offer acceptance.Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs for teams across the business.Research and implement new sourcing avenues which support targeted needs of the organizationDevelop and leverage strong partnerships with customer groups to manage staffing needsEnsure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication and feedback at every stage.Coordinate interview schedules and other logisticsFacilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.Manage the completion of necessary onboarding paperwork and documentation.Play an active role in Talent Acquisition process improvement as needed by the business.People Operations Generalist 15%Assist with various People Operations functions, including employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, etc.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address employee needs and resolve issues in a timely manner.Act as a resource for employees, answering questions and providing guidance on company policies and procedures.Other Duties 15%Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and within Paylocity database.Assist with reporting needs for the People Operations teamAdditional administrative duties as assignedKnowledge/Skills that you possess:Strong knowledge of hiring processes, including creative ways to source talentSound judgement and problem-solving skillsInternal and external customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretionExceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skillsExcellent business writing and oral communications skillsStrong active listening skillsDetail/accuracy focus coupled with the ability to see the broader picture.Experience working in a complex, and fast-paced environmentAbility to work cross-functionallyRequirements: What you will bring:Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field5+ years in recruitment and HR operations, with a focus on sourcing and recruiting top talent.Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Intermediate Excel SkillsSponsorship is not available for this role.#J-18808-Ljbffr
