Financial Consultant II

What You'll Do
As a
Financial Consultant II , you will help customers by providing investment advisory education services in a call center environment to meet their investment needs.
Responsibilities:
Provide customers with information based on their needs, risk tolerance, and time horizon.
Deliver financial solutions across various product lines.
Stay updated on financial and economic conditions impacting clients.
Engage customers to build relationships.
Deliver a top-notch experience through effective communication and active listening.
Take ownership of customer interactions.
Identify gaps in customers' financial profiles.
Maintain documentation, compliance, and risk management standards.
Complete required regulatory training and licenses.
Close business through follow-ups.
Mentor less experienced staff.
Perform other job-related duties.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant experience.
Required licenses: SIE, 6 or 7, and IAR (Investment Advisory Representative) 66 or 63&65.
Life & Health licensing preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
1+ years of Advisory experience preferred.
Excellent written communication skills.
Proficient in computer technology.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Drive to improve customer experience.
Experience in providing feedback and mentorship.
Salary Range Information
Salary Range: $30.65 - $58.27 / hour
Time Off Program
Personal Time Off (PTO) provided.
Pension Eligible
Yes
Location
Open to all locations within the United States, with a focus on Mountain and West Coast regions.
Work Arrangements
In-office, hybrid, and remote work options available.
Work Authorization/Sponsorship
