In this role, you will develop and implement creative marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. If you have a passion for technology, a growth mindset, and a knack for creating compelling marketing campaigns, we'd love to hear from you ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute innovative marketing campaigns across various channels (content marketing, email marketing, social media, paid advertising, SEO, etc.) to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retentionWork closely with the product, design, and engineering teams to ensure a cohesive and effective growth strategyAnalyze and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize and improve future effortsMonitor industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvementCollaborate with the content and community teams to create compelling, shareable content that resonates with our target audienceTest and iterate on different messaging, targeting, and creative approaches to drive growth and improve user experienceContinuously optimize our website and landing pages for conversion, SEO, and user engagement Requirements3+ years of experience in growth marketing or a similar role, preferably within the tech industry or a developer-focused companyProven track record of creating and executing successful growth marketing campaigns across various channelsStrong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing strategies and decisionsExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teamsIn-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and marketing analytics toolsFamiliarity with developer communities and an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the developer ecosystemA self-starter mentality and a strong desire to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact Nice-to-haveExperience with other front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., Angular, Vue.js).Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.Knowledge of performance optimization and web security best practices.
