Chelsea Reece is a rapidly growing first-year fashion startup based in Provo, Utah. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Leader to join our team and lead our warehouse operations. Responsibilities: -Oversee and manage daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient and smooth operations. -Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support. -Implement and enforce safety procedures to create a secure working environment. -Coordinate with other departments to optimize overall business processes. -Maintain accurate inventory records and implement inventory control measures. -Monitor and improve warehouse layout and organization for optimal space utilization. -Collaborate with logistics partners to streamline shipping and receiving processes. -Utilize technology and warehouse management systems to enhance efficiency. -Develop systems and organization to optimize warehouse processes. -Resolve any issues related to order fulfillment, inventory discrepancies, or product damages. -Analyze warehouse performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives. We want to hear about this. -Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role. -Knowledge and experience in Shopify and related fulfillment software. -Flexibility and experience working with a startup where we wear lots of hats. -Strong leadership and team management skills. -Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. -Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices. -Familiarity with warehouse management systems and technology. -Effective communication and interpersonal skills. -Problem-solving aptitude with attention to detail. -Ability to manage time for yourself and a team efficiently. A bachelor's degree is not necessary, but if there is education in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field we would like to know.
