Warehouse Manager

Chelsea Reece is a rapidly growing first-year fashion startup based in Provo, Utah. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Leader to join our team and lead our warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

-Oversee and manage daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient and smooth operations.

-Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.

-Implement and enforce safety procedures to create a secure working environment.

-Coordinate with other departments to optimize overall business processes.

-Maintain accurate inventory records and implement inventory control measures.

-Monitor and improve warehouse layout and organization for optimal space utilization.

-Collaborate with logistics partners to streamline shipping and receiving processes.

-Utilize technology and warehouse management systems to enhance efficiency.

-Develop systems and organization to optimize warehouse processes.

-Resolve any issues related to order fulfillment, inventory discrepancies, or product damages.

-Analyze warehouse performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

We seek experience over Education Looking for an experienced manager with an amazing understanding of warehouse functions. If you have experience in this field, please contact us. We want to hear about this.

-Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role.

-Knowledge and experience in Shopify and related fulfillment software.

-Flexibility and experience working with a startup where we wear lots of hats.

-Strong leadership and team management skills.

-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

-Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.

-Familiarity with warehouse management systems and technology.

-Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

-Problem-solving aptitude with attention to detail.

-Ability to manage time for yourself and a team efficiently.

A bachelor's degree is not necessary, but if there is education in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field we would like to know.
