Salary: Competitive Salary and Benefits You'd be responsible for:Guiding clients through the software implementation processProviding training and support to maximize software utilizationTroubleshooting and resolving technical issuesCollaborating with the development team to improve the productMonitoring customer satisfaction and ensuring a smooth user experienceDeveloping and maintaining strong client relationshipsConducting regular check-ins and providing ongoing supportWhat we're looking for:Experience in customer success, software implementation, or technical supportStrong communication and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with solar design or engineering software is a plus (Helioscope, Aurora Solar, CAD, BIM, etc.)Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasksPassion for renewable energy and innovative software solutionsProven track record of building and maintaining client relationshipsAbility to work independently and as part of a team; wearing whatever hat necessary given small start up environment.Benefits: Our client offers competitive compensation, equity potential, flexible work arrangements, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth in a dynamic startup environment.
