Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Transformation Consultant to lead our team of consultants in delivering high-impact transformation projects for our federal client. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex initiatives, driving organizational change, and fostering collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Consultant Business Transformation: Based on experience.

Pay commensurate with experience.

Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Consultant Business Transformation Responsibilities Include:
  • Help lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of transformation projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
  • Assist with the management and synergy of a team of transformation consultants, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Help build and maintain strong relationships with federal clients, understanding their needs, and collaborating on effective solutions.
  • Work closely with clients to develop and implement strategic plans, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and objectives.
  • Help with the development and implementation change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Assist with identifying and mitigating project risks, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
  • Be part of the team that is responsible for the delivery of high-quality consulting services, meeting or exceeding client expectations and industry standards.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Transformation Consultant Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
  • Master's degree in business, management, or a related field is strongly desired.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in leading and managing transformation projects in a federal government environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
  • Change management certification is desirable.
  • Proficiency in leading and managing organizational change initiatives.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, along with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
