Thisposition will support strategic change by recommending solutions to meeteach site\'s short-, medium- and long-term objectives. Work closely with Plant Directors onachieving their operating plan targets by deploying the AgropurOperating System program in the plant, in addition to industry-bestproblem-solving tools (e.g. DMAIC Six Sigma, Kaizen, SMED) in order toimprove SQDCME (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Mobilization,Environment) performance and optimize all components of themanufacturing cycle. See to the standardization of plant performancemetrics (KPIs). Ensure alignment between stakeholders outside the plantto ensure successful deployment in terms of both cultural transformationand results optimization. Support the sector during Weekly and MonthlyDirection Settings to promote best practices in operational improvementand performance management (RCA coaching, servant leadership, toplosses). Actively support networking to exchange best practices andaccelerate improvement. What you need to join our team: Bachelor\'sDegree in Industrial Engineering or related field required. Minimum ten(10) years of experience in manufacturing operations (in a role such asProduction manager, Plant Manager, Operational Improvement Manager).Minimum five (5) years of experience in Lean Six Sigma, DMS, etc. orexperience as a consultant on Lean Manufacturing implementationrequired.
