This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment. Opportunity Details Ludington is a charming Lake Michigan beach town celebrated for its beautiful beaches, rolling dunes, historic lighthouses, expansive state parks, and rich maritime heritage. This opportunity is based within the outpatient department of Trinity Health Shelby Hospital. Position offers full-spectrum family medicine in a welcoming rural community. Clinic hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with the physician practicing in-office 4 to 4.5 days per week. In addition to primary care, the facility provides convenient on?site access to imaging, laboratory services, rehabilitation, and urgent careall located within the same building. The Family Medicine physician will join a collaborative care team consisting of two physicians and three APPs. Unrestricted call is shared among physicians in the network and typically occurs every nine weeks; holiday call is rotated.
