Opportunity Details Outpatient Department of Trinity Health Shelby Hospital Our Shelby locations offer primary care services with a team of Providers that specialize in Family Medicine working together to deliver a comprehensive, personalized patient experience In addition to primary care services, our Shelby office offers specialty services to include general surgery consultations, Urology, Sleep Medicine and Urgent Care Practice currently has a team of 6 total providers with 13 rooms 4 days/week schedule with extended hours and no weekends No on-call requirement for APP Very close knit & collaborative office with a supportive environment Trinity Health Medical Group, Primary Care - Shelby | Trinity Health Michigan Why Work with Us?
