Qualified internal Land O'Lakes employee's outside of the Arden Hills headquarter location may be considered for a virtual/remote work arrangement. Your primary responsibilities include: Lead planning, forecasting, and financial reporting for Transportation and Warehousing.

Work with Logistics team to develop, implement, and validate savings estimates related to strategic initiatives.

Partner with business unit FP&A teams to message key drivers of distribution cost variances.

Support ad hoc costing analysis to assist in the evaluation of business partners' network optimization strategies.

Manage capital lease approval/renewal process.

Education and experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline

A minimum of 5-8 years related work experience

Prior experience with Hyperion Essbase Planning, OBI, Power BI, JDE applications, Microsoft Office or other similar systems

Demonstrated business acumen with a focus on developing cross-functional partnerships through identifying requirements and following through on deliverables

Competencies: Strong communication skills, written and verbal, including ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience

Self-starter with a bias for action, able to work independently as financial representative within an operating environment

Ability to turn data into information, and information into insights, which can then be used to influence strategic decision making for the enterprise

Strategic thinking and planning skills

Analytical and quantitative with strong financial analysis skills
