We are currently seeking a disciplined and conscientious Client Service Associate to join our team. As a Client Service Associate, you will be pivotal in collaborating with our Financial Advisors to deliver comprehensive operational support and seek to create operational efficiencies for their businesses. You will work alongside multiple Independent Financial Advisors in our Firm to connect with clients and develop relationships as they navigate wealth management. RFG supports growth and development of our Associates. All new hires in this position are connected with a mentor who will guide them through our 6-8 week mentorship program to learn our established processes and systems. Securities licensing discounts and/or reimbursements are available in this role. This is a full-time position in our Birmingham office (Liberty Park). We offer a hybrid schedule with 3-days in-office and 2 remote. Responsibilities : Provide efficient and timely customer service to clients. Client Care which includes: phone calls, customizing client portals, general client questions and working with clients to resolve issues. Assist with the collection of data from prospective client. Prepare financial documents including preparation for client meetings. Open and maintain client account records across various custodial platforms Assist with office activities including drafting professional emails and letters, filing, and mailings. Schedule client meetings and client events. Maintain accurate client information in Salesforce and other programs as directed. Understand policies and maintain records required by compliance. Experience with Salesforce is a plus. Series 7 and/or 65 licenses preferred. This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required.
