Human Resources Manager Job Description: Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join their team as an Human Resources Manager. As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and implementing HR policies & procedures. Collaboration with the Human Resources team will be essential to tailor organizational HR policies to fit the unique context of the mill, ensuring clarity and adequacy for all staff members. Your responsibilities will include on-site employee training, providing expert HR advice across all levels of the organization, and actively participating in departmental activities to foster continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, with at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management.
  • HR Professional Certification (SPHR) or SHRM-SPC is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in multi-site HR management is highly valued.
  • Exceptional communication skills, professional demeanor, and a solid understanding of HR practices and procedures are essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is required, and experience with HRIS, particularly Ceridian Dayforce, is preferred.
