Key Responsibilities: General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Month-End Close: Manage the month-end close process, including preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and generating financial statements. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Inventory Accounting: Oversee inventory accounting processes, including cost accounting, variances, and adjustments. Reconciliations: Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, intercompany accounts, and other key financial accounts. Fixed Assets: Track and reconcile fixed assets, including depreciation schedules and asset disposals. Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team, operations, and other departments to ensure accurate financial data and reporting. Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
