About the role:

As the Recruiting Data and Analytics Supervisor for TQL, you will be leading a team of four, responsible for overseeing the collection, analysis, and utilization of recruitment data to drive strategic decisions and enhance our recruiting processes. What you'll be doing: Data Collection and Analysis: Oversee the collection and maintenance of recruiting data from various sources, including applicant tracking systems, job boards, and internal databases Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform recruitment strategies and improve hiring outcomes Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track key recruiting metrics

Process Improvement: Collaborate with recruiting teams to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains based on data analysis Implement data-driven solutions to optimize recruiting workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance the candidate experience Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment initiatives and adjust strategies as needed

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of four data analysts and coordinators responsible for recruiting data management and analysis Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring accuracy and consistency in data collection and reporting Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team

Stakeholder Communication: Communicate key findings and insights derived from recruitment data to stakeholders across the organization, including Recruiting leadership, hiring managers, and executives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate recruitment data into broader talent management initiatives and strategic planning effort Serve as a subject matter expert on recruitment data analytics, providing guidance and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making

What you need: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field 3+ years' experience in data analysis, preferably in a recruiting or HR analytics role Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or other data visualization platforms Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders Demonstrated leadership experience, including the ability to motivate and develop a team of data professionals Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities at once
