Role Description
As a Commercial Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include assisting clients with policy inquiries, reviewing and renewing policies, assisting with claims, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upselling additional insurance products. This role is an on-site position located in Belchertown, MA.
Qualifications
Account Management and Customer Service skills
Strong knowledge of insurance products and industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven sales and negotiation abilities
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office
Prior experience in an agency is preferred
Active insurance license
