As the Account Manager, youll be the face of Colt for key strategic alliance accounts headquartered in the US. Youll own the customer relationship regionally, driving account growth, retention, and satisfaction. Your insights and leadership will directly impact Colts global success, making this a pivotal role in our international sales strategy. What you will do Strategic Account Leadership: Develop and execute US-focused account plans aligned with global strategy. Drive growth through consultative selling and solution development. Executive Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships across operational, management, and C-level stakeholders. Position Colt as a trusted strategic partner. Global Collaboration: Work closely with regional account managers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of global initiatives. Customer Advocacy: Represent customer needs internally, lead contract negotiations, and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. Insight-Driven Sales: Leverage industry trends, customer data, and executive profiles to identify new opportunities and shape account strategy. Performance Management: Deliver accurate forecasts, account status reports, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. What were looking for Proven success in selling complex, strategic solutions to large enterprise clients in telecom, IT systems integration, or related industries. Deep experience in alliance or global account management, with a strong understanding of governance and strategy execution. Exceptional relationship-building skills, especially at the executive level. Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead cross-functional teams, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment. Willingness to travel across the US and internationally as needed.
