POSITION OVERVIEW: Financial reporting to the Partnership, Administration and various outside agencies. Management of Clinic financial resources. Compilation of physician productivity. Physician/partner compensation administration and reporting. Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule; facilitate and complete monthly close procedures; analyze revenues, and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis; prepare monthly account reconciliations; assist with analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variances and assist with financial and tax audits. EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required. EXPERIENCE: 5+ years accounting/finance experience CPA a plus, but not required KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Ability to work within a double entry accounting system, to operate computer hardware and software, to evaluate & analyze financial & similar data. Ability to creatively solve problems and issues. Ability to interact and communicate with other staff, management, patients, providers, staff and other business contacts.
