We are eager to welcome a dynamic Commercial Account Manager to the team. Job Overview This position as Commercial Account Manager is full-time, non-exempt position. This position requires regular travel to our Irvine, CA Headquarters and Orange County, CA client sites. Responsibilities Listed responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage and service a designated portfolio/book of business clients, including corporate clients, insurance clients, and intermediaries. Manage a commercial book of business including renewals, endorsements, binders, certificates, and policy reviews. Serve as a client liaison and primary point of contact for our clients, brokers, insurance carriers, and internal teams. Negotiate with carriers and handle escalated issues. Identify and execute expansion efforts within existing accounts. Maintain high retention through proactive support and communication with clients, brokers, insurance carriers, and internal teams. Uphold a high standard of compliance and support by ensuring accuracy of documentation and adherence to agency regulations. Preferred Skills and Experience Preferred skills and experience include: Proficiency with agency management systems i.e. WINTAM, EPIC. Proficiency with Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Commitment to providing excellent client service. Ability to think strategically and engage in dynamic problem solving. Maintains an organized, attentive, and detailed work ethic Qualifications Qualifications include: Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial insurance Must hold a CA Property & Casualty (P&C) license If offered a position, all applicants will go through our pre-hire process which includes the following: Criminal background check.
