Administrative Support This position will be responsible for providing Odessa Texas administrative support for the Services group of SEC, requiring considerable knowledge of SAP, scheduling, time entry, order entry, receiving, and invoicing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Support supervisors/mechanics/department. Meeting coordination, to include scheduling, reservations and travel arrangements for area manager and supervisors. Monitor and control the filing system folders both electronic and paper. Work closely with Area Manager and assist as needed. Create a goods receipt for all PO transactions upon receiving POD. Open and route incoming mail, work with outside vendors, and handle special projects as required. Must be able to work overtime or weekends, as needed. Strong customer communication skill set. Requirements: High school diploma or GED. 0-2 years of experience in progressive administrative support roles. Proficiency with MS Office Suite products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. SAP experience. Demonstrated organization, attention to detail and communication skills. Ability to manage work load independently and deliver timely and accurate results. Capable of working well under restricted timelines and in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment; and Ability to provide excellent customer service across all levels of the organization. Working Conditions: Work within office, assembly and fabrication shop, and field environments. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing. Occasional travel, estimated at 5-10%, may be required. Exposure to adverse weather, cramped conditions and some heavy lifting up to 50 pounds. Visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
