Summary of Job Duties: This position provides assistance to the Brick-and-Mortar Sales Rep Team. The responsibility of this position is to work closely with each of the sales reps and customers to provide excellent service with the highest level of customer satisfaction. Specific Job Duties:

Work with the Brick-and-Mortar Associate Team to assist the Sales Reps as needed to free up their time to maximize their sales opportunities. Assist these Sales Reps in developing and implementing promotions and maximizing shift efficiency. Handle urgent matters and select sales calls for the Sales Reps. Call selected customers to increase the size of the orders by using product knowledge and sales techniques. Pitch products and promotions as directed by the Sales Representative. Organize mailings, line drives, and other promotional materials. Handle customer service issues and act as a liaison with other departments for the Sales Reps as needed. Process faxed and other orders as needed and directed by Sales Reps. Assist the data entry staff with incoming orders as needed. Follow all department and company policies. Perform all other tasks as assigned by Threshold Management. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications Required:

Ability to successfully handle telephone sales and work with multiple Sales Reps. 1 year of applicable experience in sales or customer service. Proficient in ALL Microsoft Office and Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent typing and data entry skills. Must pass the company test at 80%. Well organized with the ability to follow explicit directions. Must be bilingual English/Spanish. Skills and/or Training Desired:

Sales experience preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills.
