Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship is designed for students or recent graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in the marketing field. The Marketing Intern will assist with research, email communications, contacting potential investors, and scheduling meetings. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about various aspects of marketing and investor relations in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

?Research:

- Conduct market research to identify potential investors and industry trends.

- Gather and analyze data to support marketing strategies and campaigns.

- Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on research findings.

Email Communications:

- Draft, edit, and send professional emails to potential investors and other stakeholders.

- Manage and update email contact lists.

- Ensure timely and appropriate follow-up on email correspondence.

Contacting Potential Investors:

- Identify and reach out to potential investors via email, phone, and other communication channels.

- Present company information and investment opportunities to potential investors.

- Maintain records of investor interactions and follow-up activities.

Scheduling Meetings:

- Coordinate and schedule meetings between company executives and potential investors.

- Prepare agendas and materials for meetings.

- Ensure all necessary arrangements are made for meetings, including logistics and technical setup.

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelors program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to work independently and take initiative.

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

- Enthusiastic and eager to learn about marketing and investor relations.
