In this position you will lead, manage, and direct the security operations to include direct facility centers, Security Officers, Regional Security operations and Executive Protection to VIPs.
ResponsibilitiesEstablish and define strategic objectives of the teamEstablish cost-efficient and customer service initiatives.Responsible for departments budgetSupervise and manage the protection of executives, employees, and other VIPs designated by the Board of DirectorsSupervise and manage a Physical Security Inspection Program for the installation, inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair of supporting security technology systems for buildings and facilities.Supervise the proper use of contract security guard force employed by the business.Prepares, submits, and maintains reports to management and law enforcement agencies as required on all crimes committed against the BusinessAdvise and assist all business units on security and loss prevention issues.Plan and supervise an effective security program which integrates security personnel and security systems.Supervises the conduct of physical security inspections of all buildings and facilities to identify and correct deficiencies.Coordinates and supervises the implementation of emergency procedures for all buildings and facilities.Supervise and assist in the planning, design, and implementation of physical security programs for new buildings and facilities.
QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration4+ years of supervisory experience in physical security leading a team, fraud investigations, and executive protection operations.Certifications/ Licenses - must have professional certifications such as CPP, CFE, CST, PPS, and or IBA.
