Responsibilities: Process inventory and cost of goods sold entries in the Company's general ledger software. Prepare reconciliations of physical counts to the GL. Work with locations to understand and resolve unexpected physical inventory counts results, when necessary. Work with the purchasing department to understand purchasing trends, as well as analyze cost of goods sold and margin trends (by location and by product) against budget to identify anomalies. Review month-end receipt timing to ensure appropriate cutoff. Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts. Assist in monitoring pricing discounts for aesthetic products and services. Skills: Strong analytical, time management, and Mircrosoft Excel skills are required. Prioritize and meet deadlines without compromising the quality of work.
