Program Analyst

Key Role
Provide on-site administrative and general support to the Theater Security Cooperation (TSC) department of a military component organization. Research and understand the organization's TSC objectives in the region and support country desk officers in the design and execution of subject matter expert exchanges, mobile training team engagements, bilateral training events, key leader engagements, and other events involving partner nations. Maintain current and accurate information on the status of TSC events, and develop client-ready deliverables, such as information and briefings for a variety of audiences within the organization. Manage program-specific systems of record for the TSC department, including Joint Capabilities Requirements Manager (JCRM), Command and Control of the Information Environment (C2IE), and Cloud-Based TCA Information Management System (CTIMS). Coordinate the organization's TSC activities with higher headquarters and with adjacent departments within the organization. Provide information on the TSC program to internal and external stakeholders and attend and facilitate meetings as required.


Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience working with the DoD
  • Experience with program management and management systems
  • Experience with Force Management and Force development processes
  • Ability to be a self-motivated individual who can manage competing priorities
  • Ability to work independently or as a member of a team
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in program management
  • Experience at the component or headquarters level of a military Service organization
  • Experience with formal DoD staffing and coordination processes
  • Knowledge of U.S.C. Title 10, Chapter 16 Security Cooperation authorities
  • Knowledge of Global Force Management processes
  • Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,300.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
