You are guaranteed to earn at least $16/hour minimum, but you can earn more than that Most cooks average $16-$20/hour. Tips are paid at the end of each shift, and all other wages are paid on your paycheck (biweekly). For any dough prep shifts, your base wage will be $16/hour and these shifts will not be tipped. You might lend a hand with prep or help out in the front-of-house, but mainly, it's all about crafting those delicious pies and keeping things clean and organized. You'll have an awesome team by your side, so even when things get hectic, you'll have backup. And the tips... they'll have you swimming in dough For prep shifts, you'll be measuring, mixing, kneading, weighing, and preparing dough, as well as shredding and preparing cheese. There will be other miscellaneous items to prep, but for the most part, it's dough and cheese Be able to stand and walk for long periods.Be able to bend, crouch, and lift 20-50 lbs.Be able to use ovens, pizza cutters, and other related equipment.Must be 18+ to apply for a cook position. If you are 16 or 17 years old, you can apply for the Front of House at our Garver location. All other positions/locations require you to be 18+ years of age.Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide adequate identification documentation at Orientation and/or Day One. For more information, you can visit .Cook Availability100 State St is currently open Sunday-Tuesday 11am-10pm, Wednesday-Thursday 11am-2am, Friday-Saturday 11am-2:30am. Opening cook shifts typically start 1-2 hours before opening, and closing shifts typically end 1-2 hours after closing. Our restaurants are most busy on evenings and weekends, so availability for these shifts is strongly preferred. If you are looking for full-time hours, your availability should be mostly open and flexible. Dough prep shifts will be 8am-4pm with availability Wednesday and Thursday ideal, cooking shifts will be 9:15am-pm, 5pm-close with Friday-Sunday availability needed. Part-time (anywhere in the 15-30 hours a week range) or full-time (30-40 hours a week) is available. We'll try our hardest to give you the hours and shifts you want, but we can't promise the same schedule every week.
