How you’ll contribute:
Complete special projects and initiatives related to organizational effectiveness, talent management, diversity and inclusion, and succession planning
Produce and analyze reports to identify and monitor talent trends
Assist with project management and follow up for department goals and deadlines
Prepare company-wide communications, memos, reports, and other correspondence
Support the Human Resources Business Partner responsible for our Corporate operations
Leverage basic knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and HRIS systems
What you bring to the table:
3+ years of Human Resources related experience
Bachelor's degree in an Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field is a plus
Curiosity to understand the why and the how, with the drive and desire to make things better
Able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and bring an analytical approach to problem-solving
Experience using Excel and PowerPoint to manipulate data and develop charts/reports/visualizations
Experience using, testing, and recommending improvements for HRIS and/or ATS
