My client has tripled their revenue in the last 5 years and is looking to add to their Accounting & Finance team to support the new business This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst to gain exposure to owning Financial Forecasting/Budgeting processes and will offer immense room for internal growth across the business.
Description
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with department heads and senior management to develop accurate and comprehensive financial plans.
- Perform variance analysis to identify key drivers of financial performance and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate business initiatives, assess risk, and drive strategic planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key trends, variances, and actionable insights.
- Support the development and implementation of financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required by senior management.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Proficiency in Oracle, Hyperion, or Essbase is required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings effectively to non-finance stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across functions and levels of the organization.
