FIGS is looking for a talented Manager, Brand to join the Brand Marketing team. As a member of the larger Marketing organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and creative strategies for FIGS. We are looking for someone with brand or product management experience, including various aspects of brand architecture, positioning, creative briefing, messaging/comms strategy, project planning, digital marketing, market analysis and performance measurement. Our ideal candidate wakes up thinking about the FIGS brand and how to best serve, support and represent our Awesome Human HCPs every day. In this role, you will report directly into the Sr Director, Brand Marketing.

What you’ll do:

Contribute to long-range brand planning (1 to 3 years) to build brand equity, in collaboration with Concept Design & Merchandising, crafting and maintaining the FIGS Brand Roadmap Leverage FIGS Brand Roadmap to build out comprehensive, 360-degree annual marketing and communications plans across channels Craft best-in-class campaign briefs, clearly articulating the concept & vision, messaging hierarchy, product priorities and content needs, driving clarity on roles of channels and how each can be utilized to tell an impactful, cohesive narrative that cuts through Develop hindsight, key learnings and recommendations that enhance the work QoQ & YoY Encourage experimentation and quick response to current events by leveraging healthcare community insights to drive relevancy Develop, in partnership with channel experts and cross-functional partners, strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones Stay current with digital marketing trends and technologies, leveraging them to enhance marketing efficiency Become key point of contact for external partners and agencies (including brands, creative, PR) Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends

About you:

5 years of experience in Marketing or Brand Strategy, Digital and/or Project Management + Ops experience a plus Management experience a plus Bachelor’s degree or higher A passion for healthcare professionals A finger on the cultural pulse Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to inspire creative team and agency partners to create bold, industry-leading work This role is based in Los Angeles, California and is in-person 6 days per month.

FIGS Compensation And Benefits

Pay Range

At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $98,000 and $140,000. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
