Here’s What We’re Looking For… Bachelor’s degree in public relations, marketing, communications, or another related field is required. 5-8 years prior experience in a public relation, marketing, content development, and/or communications role is required. Superior written and verbal communications skills, including highly proficient in AP Style. Writing requirements are required. Experience with platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Sprout Social, Cision, Microsoft Office, Canva, etc., highly recommended. Ability to conduct long-range strategic planning for organizational effectiveness and proven success executing strategic plans. Possess a keen sense of urgency, responsiveness, and professionalism in all tasks, assignments, and communication (written, verbal, non-verbal). Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects with changing priorities, including shifting tasks and quickly reprioritizing. Skilled at collecting, analyzing, and interpreting information to problem-solve and make high-level decisions.
