HOW YOU WILL DO IT PurposeStatement: The Director of Talent Development is responsible forsupporting the design, planning and implementation of leadershipdevelopment, succession planning and engagement strategies with the goalof driving organizational effectiveness on a global scale. Key JobAccountabilities: Design, develop, and lead a global talent developmentstrategy that directly supports the enterprise People Strategyandbusiness objectives. Ensure global alignment across the function,capturing best practices and establishing what shall be standard work.Partner with regional talent development teams to deploy global talentmanagement processes locally, ensuring relevance and return oninvestment Develop, maintain, and report metrics to measure ourleadership development program, succession health, and talentdevelopment effectiveness Ensure strong succession planning and employeedevelopment processes and programs that are best in class and minimizedisruption at times of transition. Clearly distinguish and leverage theorganization\'s key differentiators and leverage internal and externalnetwork to anticipate future trends and external factors.
