Children’s Wisconsin is seeking a team member to join its team as it expands workforce development opportunities in the Fox Valley. Children’s received a grant that will give participants an opportunity to learn about high demand healthcare careers.

The program will offer of services to the residents of Outagamie County including:

- Career Exploration
- Success in the workplace programming
- Youth Apprenticeship and internships
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in human resources with a focus on workforce development or talent acquisition across a variety of levels and functions, including the development of talent pipelines.
- Previous experience developing and executing workforce development or recruiting related marketing and branding strategies.
- Requires attention to detail and analytical skills necessary to evaluate situations and take appropriate action.
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to research and analyze data drawn from multiple sources.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills necessary to interact with all
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
