We are seeking a highly skilled and expert Solution Architect to join our team. The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure solutions that meet the business requirements of our clients. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, internal and external which will require the combination of the business and technical skills.

What to expect

In this role you will:
  • Solution Design - Develop comprehensive architectural designs that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Technical Leadership - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring consistency to architectural best practices and standards.
  • Risk Management - Identify potential risks and issues in solution designs and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Performance Optimization - Ensure solutions are optimized for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Technology Evaluation - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and evaluate their potential impact on current and future projects.
  • Expands knowledge - Translates creative ideas into plans or projects for the business; demonstrates a commitment to learn and develop self and others; takes accountability to ensure knowledge is retained and shared to advance organization capability and gain business advantage.
  • Builds and reinforces customer relationships - Strengthens relationships by taking every opportunity to listen and respond to customers and adapt solutions to meet their needs; demonstrates and encourages customer focus in all relationships and activities.
What will make you successful:
  • Strong business understanding and commercial sense including understanding how different divisions contribute to meeting Swift's business objectives as well as understanding market drivers of success and how to improve offerings while optimizing commercial performance.
  • Experience with enterprise integration patterns and tools (e.g. API gateways, ESBs).
  • Financial industry or payments experience
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish, Portuguese or French are a plus
  • 10+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or similar role.


The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position in Miami is $129,710 to $240,890 USD. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Our compensation packages include a competitive base salary and bonus opportunity for all employees contingent on personal and company performance. Our generous benefits program includes medical, dental, vision and life insurance with no premium costs for our employees and their families, and retirement plan plus matching 401k
