Field Service Engineer - PLCs / Automation

Home based with US travel - located anywhere near Airport: Dallas, Austin, Houston, San Antonio, Midland, Fort Worth, Corpus Christi

Are you a Field Service Engineer with PLC programming and CNC industry experience, looking to work for a successful organization offering lots of overtime and on the job training from experts in a niche industry?

This is an excellent opportunity to earn over $130,000 a year whilst travelling nationwide in a permanent position.

My client are a market leading manufacturer in their field and have gone through a period of sustained growth across the US. They are now looing for an experience service engineer to be remote based and join their team.

On offer is a varied role where you will be working on electrical and mechanical systems such as PLCs, electrical motors, switches, hydraulic power systems, mechanical machines etc. Once full trained you will be responsible for mentoring and training other technicians in the field team.

This role would suit anyone with experience programming and troubleshooting PLC systems, looking for specialist training and great earning potential.

The Role:

*Working on manufactured or rebuilt machines in a specialist industry *Troubleshooting and programming PLC systems *Full on job training for 3-6 months *40 hour week + 20 hours OT - 80-90% travel

The Candidate:

*Field Service Engineer / Technician *CNC industry experience - PLC Programming *Based near an airport and happy with nationwide travel
